Original Abstract Aspen Tree Painting "Winter Aspens #18" by Colorado Contemporary Artist Kimberly Conrad

Kimberly Conrad Contemporary Artist "Pouring Color Into Your Life"

Original Abstract Aspen Tree Painting on 24"x18"x1.5" gallery wrapped canvas.

This is a commission just completed and shipping out today.

The colors are a bit bolder and the trees a bit more distinctive than usual.

I just learned recently from a friend, that Aspen Trees here in Colorado only have a 25 year life span.

This made me really sad, and explains a lot, as we had 8 aspens when we moved into our hose 20 years ago, and 4 have died in the past few years.

The problem is, our house is 34 years old, and those roots are huge and go under our patio, and maybe under our house, so I am not even sure we could plant new ones in the same places..
they were sooo beautiful!!:(

I can't believe we may soon be aspenless!!

"The best use of life is LOVE, the best expression of LOVE is time, the best time to LOVE is now" My prayer partner shared that with me. I do not know who said it, but I have committed to say it out loud to myself many times a day....as a Reminder....
